The NFL was shut down for Memorial Day weekend, which means the league didn't proce s any transactions. This means that Hopkins won't officially be released until 4 p.m. today. Because of this, a team could theoretically swoop in and try to make a last second trade for Hopkins, but that seems highly unlikely at this point.Texans get compared to 2017 playoff teams.
